Osun DG Development Partners Urges Citizens to Embrace the Continuous Voters Registration (CVR), Exercise.

Osogbo, 18th August, 2025.

The Director General of Osun Development Partners, Engr Ayodeji Lukman Bello has urged the citizens of Osun State, irrespective of their political affiliation to go out enmass and participate fully in the ongoing Continuous Voters Registration ahead of the 2026 Governorship election in the state.

Engr. Bello in a message sent out through his media team which was made public advised the citizens, especially the younger ones who are just reaching the mandatory age of 18 years to get their permanent voters card, PVCs as their only legal weapon to determine those who are to dictate the economy in their state for the next four years beginning on November 27, 2026.

In his message, Engr. Ayodeji Bello wrote "As the Director General of Osun State Office of Development Partners (Projects and Programs),I urge you to exercise your civic right by participating in upcoming elections. Your vote matters, and it's crucial to have your voice heard.

"I encourage all citizens who are eligible to vote to obtain their Permanent Voter's Card (PVC). This is your ticket to shaping the future of our state and nation. Let's ensure our voices are counted and our votes are cast.

"As a development-oriented organization, we believe in the power of democracy and the importance of citizen participation. We urge everyone to get his/her PVC, register, and participate in all elections.

"Let's take ownership of our democracy and shape the future we want. Your participation is key to ensuring accountability, transparency, and good governance. Get your PVC today and make your voice heard!

"Together, let's build a brighter future for Osun State and Nigeria. I wish you all the best in this endeavor. Thank you.
