Osun Commissioner Aare Asejere Hails Governor Adeleke, Affirms Support for Second Term

Fellow citizens of Osun State, esteemed Nigerians,

On this historic day, June 12, I, Alhaji Abdulganiyu Olaoluwa Asejere, the Honorable Commissioner for Rural Development and Community Affairs and Chairman of the Commissioners’ Forum in Osun State, join millions of patriotic Nigerians across the nation to commemorate Democracy Day, a day that symbolizes the strength, resilience, and enduring spirit of the Nigerian people.

June 12 is more than a date on the calendar; it is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made in the struggle for democratic freedom and an enduring call for good governance, equity, and justice. It is a legacy we must protect, nurture, and pass on to future generations.

On this occasion, I extend my profound admiration and unreserved commendation to the Governor of Osun State, His Excellency Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, a true democrat and people’s governor, whose leadership continues to redefine governance through transparency, grassroots development, and inclusive policies.

Under Governor Adeleke’s administration, rural communities have experienced unprecedented transformation — from road rehabilitation to access to potable water, electrification projects, and youth empowerment initiatives. His commitment to uplifting every corner of Osun State aligns perfectly with the ideals that June 12 represents.

As we celebrate today, I stand in full confidence and solidarity with the people of Osun in affirming that Governor Ademola Adeleke’s second term is not only desired — it is assured by divine will and the unwavering support of the masses.
