Osun Deputy Speaker Celebrates Otunba Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke's 70th Posthumous Birthday in grand style.

Osogbo, January 15, 2025

The Deputy Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Akinyode Oyewusi has described the first Executive Governor of Osun State, late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke on his Posthumous Birthday as true leader, a compassionate philanthropist, and an advocate for the progress of the people.

In a release commemorating the late Balogun of Ede land which was released by his media team Rt. Hon. Oyewusi said "Today marks what would have been the 70th birthday of our great leader, the First Civilian Governor of Osun State, late Sen. Alhaji Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke. Though you are no longer with us, your legacy continues to shine brightly in the hearts of all of us who were blessed to know you. You were a true leader, a compassionate philanthropist, and an advocate for the progress of the people.

"As we reflect on your life today, we celebrate your contributions to our community, your unrelenting pursuit of equity and your love for humanity. Your work, your wisdom, and kindness still inspire us to strive for a better tomorrow.

May your soul continue to rest in perfect peace, and may the memory of your remarkable life serve as a beacon for generations to come.
